Yes. An active California Real Estate License is required for both roles. For the Sales role, candidates actively working toward their license are encouraged to apply. For Acquisitions, the license must be active at the time of hire.
Yes. Prior investment real estate experience is required for both roles. For the Sales role, experience working with investors and cash buyers is expected. For Acquisitions, experience sourcing and closing off-market properties is required. Strong negotiation skills and comfort with CRM tools are essential.
